Your STOKE Order
STOKE is printed on demand, so your order spends a few business days being made before the carrier tracking link appears. The fastest way to check your order is the secure status link in your order confirmation email.
What Happens Next
Order received
Shopify sends your order confirmation right after checkout. That email includes a secure link back to your order status page.
Sent to production
Each piece is made after you order. During this stage, your item is queued, printed or embroidered, checked, and packed.
Packed for carrier handoff
The package is prepared for shipment. Tracking may not move until the carrier scans it into their network.
Shipped
When tracking is created, Shopify emails you the carrier link and updates your order status page.
How To Check
- Open your STOKE order confirmation email and click the order status link.
- After shipment, use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
- If you use Shop Pay, your order may also appear in the Shop app.
