Shipping Policy
Processing Time
STOKE is a small print-on-demand shop. Most orders are sent to production shortly after checkout and are typically printed, packed, and handed off to the carrier within a few business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address, the products in your cart, and the available carrier services. Because some products may be fulfilled from different print-on-demand profiles, multi-item orders can occasionally ship in separate packages.
Order Tracking
You can return to your Shopify order status page from the secure link in your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can take a little time to update after the label is created and the carrier scans the package.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@stokeclothing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
