STOKE is a small print-on-demand shop. Every item is printed after you place your order, which helps us avoid waste and keep the brand lean while we grow.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Please check the size guide and product photos before ordering.

Printing Errors, Damage, or Defects

If there is a printing error, defect, damage, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right. Contact us at sales@stokeclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@stokeclothing.com with your order number and a photo. Once we verify the issue, we'll help with a replacement.
