Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@stokeclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
4. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@stokeclothing.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
